What Should I Do If My Camera Cannot Push Alarm Notifications on the App?

1) Check Notification Settings

  • If your camera is connected to a DVR or NVR, in the DVR/NVR system’s settings, ensure that the push notification feature is enabled.

               

        

2) Check Device Permissions

  • Make sure the Zosi Smart application’s notification permissions are enabled on your mobile device or other devices.

3) Check App Settings

  • Verify that the Zosi Smart app’s settings on your mobile device are correct and that the push notification feature is enabled. 
  • If your alarm push notification settings have been enabled all along, you can try disabling them, logging out of the app, then logging back in and re-enabling the notifications.

         

4) Push Server Issues

  • The issue may be due to the push server not sending notifications. Inform the development team to investigate and resolve the problem.

5) Update Software and Firmware

  • Ensure that the firmware of the DVR/NVR system and the related application software are up to date.

6) Contact Technical Support

  • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact our technical support team. Provide them with the device model and a description of the problem.
