Please note that all upgrades require contacting our customer service team. If you upgrade yourself or uppgrade it with a wrong file, Zosi will not bear any responsibility. We hope that everyone will contact our customer service team before upgrading.

​Here are the below ways to contact our team.

1. Increase resolution: If you need higher resolution video material or want to upgrade to a newer version of a premium camera model that supports higher resolution. Increase resolution: If you need higher-resolution video footage or want to upgrade to a premium camera model that supports higher resolutions, upgrading to an NVR system may be helpful. ​(Not all systems can be upgraded to have a higher resolution)

2. Increase storage capacity: If your current DVR or NVR system cannot accommodate the amount of data you need to store, it is recommended to upgrade to a higher capacity system.

3. Remote live view and accessibility: If you need remote access to surveillance footage and want to stop prompts that only allow one user to playback and smoothly use advanced features such as mobile viewing, cloud storage, or integration with other security systems, it is recommended that you upgrade to an NVR system.

4. Advanced analytics: If you require advanced analytics capabilities such as facial recognition, license plate recognition, or object detection, then upgrading to an NVR with built-in analytics and camera systems is appropriate.

5. The camera system is stuck or cannot be turned on.

6. Videos are lost.

7. Striped rainbow lines appear on the display.

8. The camera has lines when you check the videos from the monitor.

9. The DVR/NVR or camera version is too old and cannot be compatible with new cameras/DVR/NVR devices.
