If you fail to view the camera live in clear mode with "loading" in the image at night, and it works good in the day, below are the causes of this issue:Cause 1: The camera is improperly installed.
-
Adjust the camera Angle appropriately, and the field of vision around the installation point should be as wide as possible, so as to avoid shielding objects in front ofthelens that may affect the field of vision and easily cause near-infrared reflection, picture is white and overexposed.
Noted:For outdoor installation, it is recommended that the installation height is 4-8 meters, or an appropriate installation height can be selected according to specific monitoring requirements.
-
The installation direction of the point lens should avoid the Angle of the direct light source as far as possible, and the backlight environment will affect the image exposure effect.
The installation environment should be avoided as far as possible to avoid a high dust environment which affects the picture clearly. If it is unavoidable, the outer surface of the lens should be cleaned and maintained regularly.
-
In the installation of high dust and no light environment, dust will scatter and make the picture appear "snow" phenomenon, which is normal dust reflection phenomenon.
-
The brighter the night environment, the clearer the image and the smaller the noise; Therefore, different low-illuminance performance equipment should be selected according to the environment illuminance.
-
In low-light environment, additional light can be added to increase ambient illumination. Please install an external spotlight around the camera and ensure that the camera has enough light.
Cause 2: The camera hardware is faulty (the day/night sensor does not work at all).
Solution: Cover the camera with your hand, or test whether the camera will automatically switch mode by placing it in the dark.
Or please power off the camera and restart it. If it is still the same, contact our support team to provide a solution.
