Network disconnected error on 4 0f 8 channels for the first time

Applies to:

Zosi ZR08DP (ZSWNVK-H820XX) with ZG2320M Cameras;

Zosi ZR08JP (ZSWNVK-J820XX ) with ZG2322M Cameras;

If you received "network disconnected error"  coming up when you configure the band new Zosi Nvr camera for the 1st time , here are the suggestions for you:

Cause 1 the another 4 cameras are not on power

Solution: check whether the infrared lights of the cameras were lit.

 

Cause 2 Incorrect model version

Solution: Check the version of this camera on the label of it.  Whether it's matched with your Zosi Nvr.

 

Cause 3  Poor signal coverage

Solution: Check the system and cameras' signal if have a lot of interference or they have a bit far distance;

Move the cameras closer and try to match them again to see whether they work after that.

 

Cause 4 they dont match well

Solution:go to NVR’s IPC Channel Config ,hit the refresh and search ,then it will pop up the IP Address. Add them again.If it shows fail to connect ,try to re-match each camera's  ip address  in several times to see whether it says network connection succeeds after that.
