Long-press the reset button (IPC cameras have this button), reset the device to factory settings, and reconnect the device to the APP. If the operation fails, please contact: service@zositech.com
Reset password - NVR/DVR
1. Fill in the form and upload relevant NVR information (QR code of the Device ID)
2. Wait for the after-sales team (service@zositech.com) to provide the super password
