The Zosi Smart App is designed to make it simple for you to control and manage your security cameras. To help you get the most out of the app, here’s a quick guide to the icons you’ll see on different pages and what each one means.
Icons on the Initial Page
When you open the app, the initial page provides an overview of all your connected devices.
1. Switch Display Mode – Change how the device list is displayed (grid or list view).
2. Edit – Manage your device list. You can delete devices here.
3. Cloud Storage – Access and manage your cloud storage subscription.
4. Save Device QR Code – Save the QR code of the device body for easy sharing or re-adding.
5. Playback – Quickly enter the playback section to view past recordings.
6. Settings – Adjust the configuration of your selected device.
Icons on the Live View Page
1. Play/Pause – Start or stop the live stream.
2. Sound On/Off – Enable or mute audio from the camera.
3. HD/SD Switch – Toggle between high-definition and standard-definition video quality.
4. Full Screen – Expand the view to full screen for a clearer picture.
5. Two-Way Talk – Speak directly through the camera using the microphone.
6. Snapshot – Capture the current frame as an image.
7. Record – Manually record the live feed.
8. Manual Alarm – Trigger the camera’s siren or alarm manually.
9. PTZ Control – Adjust the camera’s pan, tilt, or zoom if supported.
10. Privacy Mode – Enable physical lens cover or digital privacy shielding.
11. Playback – Quickly access recorded footage while staying in the live view page.
Icons on the Playback Page
1. Rewind 15 Seconds – Jump back by 15 seconds.
2. Play/Pause – Start or stop playback.
3. Forward 15 Seconds – Skip ahead by 15 seconds.
4. Sound On/Off – Enable or mute playback audio.
5. Full Screen – Expand playback to full screen.
6. Snapshot – Capture a still image from the playback, saved under Media → Device Name.
7. Playback Recording – Record a portion of playback and save it under Media → Device Name.
8. Playback Filter – Filter recordings by date for easier navigation.
9. Cloud Playback – View cloud-stored recordings (requires subscription).
10. Local Playback – Access recordings stored on the SD card.
11. Back Button – Return to the previous screen.
12. Help/FAQ – Access frequently asked questions for support.
13. Timeline Scale Adjustment – Slide the vertical bar to zoom in/out on the playback timeline.
14. Return to Live View – Exit playback and go back to the live feed.
